The Jubilee Party has voiced displeasure with the way the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) conducted the by-election in Kiambaa.
This just come few days after IEBC declared Njuguna Wanjiku of UDA as the winner of the Kiambaa by Elections.
The ruling party demanded a recount at a press conference held at the Party’s Pangani office, stating that their candidate had won but had been rigged out.
Kariri Njama, the Party’s candidate, confidently declared that he was the winner but that he had been denied the opportunity to serve the people.
“I can state with authority that we won, and I want to reassure them that we will battle for this victory and deliver it to the Kiambaa people.”
