A Kenya traffic police officer is nursing severe injuries in Kijabe Hospital.
After a lorry ran him over on Wednesday, July 21, near Soko Mjinga along the busy Nakuru Nairobi route.
The police officer is being treated at Kijabe hospital.
Passengers on a Molo Line minibus were taken to the same hospital after the accident on Wednesday morning.

According to a Molo Line driver who was also involved in the accident the lorry driver failed to notice the cop controlling traffic at the barrier.
The lorry driver apparently lost control and went off the road, colliding with a Molo Line matatu traveling from Nakuru to Nairobi.
