A woman has been arrested and held in police custody after his boyfriend who happens to be a police constable collapsed just a few moments after vising her.
The lady is being held by the police in Olenguruone Police Station in Kuresoi South, Nakuru County.
According to reports, the event occurred 43 minutes after midnight, and the police, Constable David Kurgat, fell and died while on his way home.
However, it is unclear whether the woman is being held as a suspect or a witness by the police.
According to a complaint filed at the station, “Police are holding the lady since his acquaintance died on the trip from her place.” OB No. 03/24/07/202 was used to report the findings.

Detectives conducted a forensic investigation at both the woman’s home and the scene where the police officer fainted.
Kurgat’s body is currently being processed at the Olenguruone Sub-County Morgue in preparation for a postmortem.
