Raila Odinga, the head of the ODM, decided to give the affiliate parties Ksh153 million while keeping Ksh334.6 million for himself.
The Wiper Party, led by Kalonzo Musyoka, will receive Ksh70.4 million of the shared money, with Musalia Mudavadi’s Amani National Congress (ANC) receiving Ksh43.8 million.
Ford Kenya, owned by Moses Wetangula, would receive Ksh36.04 million.
Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM), founded by Isaac Ruto, will receive the least portion of the funding. The money will be distributed to the party in the amount of Ksh3.08 million.
