Shakira Babirye was discovered dead on November 19th, hours after returning home from a night out with the man.
After a passionate night out with an unidentified boyfriend in a motel, the 38-year-old woman is reported to have died under unexplained circumstances.

According to the Daily Monitor, Babirye arrived home extremely inebriated on Friday morning and went straight to bed. Her sister would discover her body the next morning.
Officers later discovered her personal belongings, including her phone, in a guest house where she and the strange man had spent the evening together.
“The deceased’s personal information, including her cellphone, was discovered in a guest home where the pair is reported to have last been seen before splitting up,” a police official said. “However, the personal information of her supposed male companion was missing.”
Law enforcement officials have launched a manhunt for the unidentified man who last saw her alive during their stay in Uganda.
