Tanzania-based artist Diamond Platnumz (pictured above) has his main youtube channel terminated from the popular platform today Monday the 25th of April.
This means that as per the time of this post you can not find it anywhere on youtube and all videos that were uploaded on that channel are also not available.
However, you may be wondering why all this happened here is the main reason why the channel was terminated.
The channel was hacked and after that, the hackers proceeded to engage in acts that are prohibited on youtube, Youtube, therefore, decided to terminate the channel due to multiple policy violations.
According to Youtube gross policy violation can lead to a channel being suspended or being terminated.
The hackers are said to have streamed content that violated the platforms’ policies hence leading to the termination.
This alone has cost Diamond Platnumz a huge loss since the channel had already garnered more than 6.2 Million subscribers and his team is currently working on ways to restore the channel.
There are chances that the channel may be restored if the youtube team can be convinced that it was not diamond Platnumz who violated the policies or the account was hacked.
